Service Agreement & Content Usage Terms (as of 9.13.2025)
By purchasing any service offered by RAISED BY BARBARIANS, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

🔸 Content Usage & Attribution

Unless a service is explicitly defined and purchased as ghostwriting, you grant RAISED BY BARBARIANS, LLC full permission to feature, reference, and distribute the resulting content across its platforms and media channels. This includes—but is not limited to—use as promotional material for your project, examples of services rendered, highlights of prior collaborations, or any other context RAISED BY BARBARIANS, LLC deems appropriate.

Appropriate credit must be given to RAISED BY BARBARIANS, LLC for its creative contributions. This may include—but is not limited to—crediting for writing, producing, executive producing, developing, or any other applicable role. Credit should be visible wherever the content is published, performed, or distributed.

Ghostwritten services are exempt from public attribution and will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

🔸 Reference Tracks

Any reference tracks provided are the sole property of RAISED BY BARBARIANS, LLC. These tracks are intended solely as creative guides and may not be used for commercial release, public distribution, or monetization in any form.

🔸 Revisions & Final Delivery

Once a service is delivered, unless clearly stated within the service description, there will be no further adjustments, rewrites, edits, or modifications. Our work provides a creative foundation for you to build upon, refine, or adapt as needed.

All purchases are final. You are investing in our time, expertise, and creative process. No refunds will be issued once a service has been initiated or delivered.
