HundredDollarBeats — Terms of Use
Effective Date: Upon Purchase

1. Definitions

“Exclusive Beat” means a musical composition and instrumental production sold one time only. Once purchased, no other artist or buyer will receive or license the same beat.  

“Stems” refers to the individual audio tracks of the beat, delivered in MP3 format.  

“Producer” refers to Raised By Barbarians LLC.  

“Buyer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing the beat.

2. Grant of Rights

Upon successful payment, Buyer receives:  

- Exclusive ownership of the beat.  

- Full WAV file along with MP3 stems for editing, mixing, mastering, and commercial release.  

- Unlimited usage rights for any purpose, including commercial distribution, streaming, live performance, music videos, sync placements, and monetization.  

Buyer may NOT:  

- Lease the beat.  

- Resell the beat or stems in any form.  

- Reuse stems in other musical compositions. 

- Repackage or redistribute the beat as a standalone product.

3. Producer Rights Retained

Raised By Barbarians LLC retains the right to:  

- Use the beat solely for promotional purposes, including social media posts, portfolio displays, advertisements, and brand showcases.  

- Publicly identify the beat as a production created by Raised By Barbarians LLC.

No additional creative or commercial rights are retained by the Producer beyond promotional use.

4. Mandatory Production Credit

Buyer must credit the Producer on all releases, uploads, and public uses of the beat as:  

“Produced by Raised By Barbarians LLC.”

This credit must appear in:  

- Streaming platform metadata  

- Album/single artwork (where credits are listed)  

- YouTube descriptions  

- Any commercial or public-facing usage

Failure to provide proper credit triggers the royalty clause in Section 6.

5. Payment & Delivery

- All payments must be made through raisedbybarbarians.com.  

- After payment is confirmed, Buyer will receive a download link containing the full WAV file and MP3 stems.  

- Buyer is responsible for providing accurate email and artist information at checkout.  

- If artist information is unknown at the time of purchase, Buyer must provide purchasing party information instead.

6. Royalty & Revenue Terms

As long as Buyer provides full production credit as required in Section 4:  

- No royalty split is owed.  

- Buyer retains 100% of all revenue from streams, sales, sync placements, and monetization.

If Buyer fails to provide proper credit:  

- Buyer agrees to pay a full production royalty split (100%) to Raised By Barbarians LLC.  

- The royalty split is calculated based on total sales, streams, and monetized usage for each calendar year.  

- Buyer must provide accurate reporting of revenue upon request.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.  

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:  

- Change of mind  

- Incorrect purchase  

- Loss of files  

- Inability to use the beat  

- Technical issues on Buyer’s end

8. Prohibited Uses

Buyer may not:  

- Sell, lease, or license the beat, or any of its components, to any third party.  

- Upload stems or the beat to any platform for redistribution.  

- Claim authorship of the production.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a beat from Raised by Barbarians LLC, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed in this document.  

Purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement under Nevada law.

10. Dispute Resolution

No formal dispute resolution contact information is provided.  

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Nevada, USA.

11. Amendments

Raised By Barbarians LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.  

Changes apply to all purchases made after the updated terms are posted.

The beat comes exactly as previewed, but without any of the tags. You will receive stems so you or your engineer can change the format it as you wish.

No, none of these beats contain samples that would need clearing.

Once the order has been placed the distribution of files is in motion, therefore no refunds are permitted.
